JOHNNY KIM / JUST THE DELIVERY GUY

From Unreal set to final film

Side-by-side comparisons for the Just The Delivery Guy breakdown. The left side of each clip is the reference that guided the shot; the right side is the same moment in the finished film. The two sides run at their own pace, so the action doesn't always line up frame for frame. Clips are silent and loop.

MetaHumans on a complete Unreal set

Every shot was first staged and filmed with MetaHuman actors on one Unreal Engine set: the house, porch, front door, van and street. Those renders became the camera and staging plan for the final shots.

Depth Ghost references

A Depth Ghost reference keeps the Unreal set in full color but turns the actors into soft gray depth silhouettes. The set holds its place; the people are regenerated as photographed actors with fresh performances.

Each one comes from the same ComfyUI graph: SAM3 Video Segmentation masks the actor, the mask is grown and feathered, and a soft MiDaS depth pass is composited over the color render through it.

Background replacement

The best take of Jack wiping his tears came back with the wrong house behind him. He was matted on every frame and placed over a generated clean plate of the correct doorway, with Claire breathing in soft focus, lens-style blur, edge cleanup and a subtle handheld drift so both layers share one camera.
